Guest OS Win serve 2k3 crash 2, 3 times daily...

Running nothing other than what came with the OS. My Windows Server 2003 machine crashes two or three times daily. I am using build 2112 for windows. This did not happen in the last build. Can I download old builds or is it even possible to go back from 2112?
 
Same problem running on Ubuntu

I am having the same issue running Win2K3 R2 as a guest OS on version 2.2.2112. I am running on Ubuntu 6.10 as a primary OS. I can barely get an hour of runtime before it locks up and I have to reboot the computer.
