Sometime within the past week a patch update was made to Parallels (8.0.18483). Immediately after installing this update and reinstalling the new Parallels Tools... the guest OS stopped refreshing the screen properly.

For example... Imagine an alert box on the screen. You press "OK" and expect the box to go away. I can press the OK button; however, until I move the whole Parallels window frame just a hair.. nothing on the screen will redraw.

This has rendered our VM essentially useless as you must perform an action... and for every action you must then grab the whole window and move it to get the screen to refresh.

    Any ideas?

I can support this to 100%. Since updating OSX to 10.8.3 and Parallels to 8.0.18483 I've experienced the same problem. It drives me nuts to have to do some kind of interaction with the active window in order for it to refresh. I agree with above - this renders Parallels almost useless as I'm running an accounting package with tons of dialogue boxes.

    This must be corrected!
