After going through many hours of frustration, including re-installing Windows Vista Home Professional to work with ver 4 as Boot camp I successfully run ver 4 until now. Well.... I made mistake to change RAM memory from 1024 to 2048 MB and save the configuration. Now when I am starting Windows under Parallel it complains that Tools are not installed (Deja vu again. This tool business is just out of this world experience). It actually starts reloading Tools and windows restarts. However, again it complains I don't have Parallel Tools added. Yes I am on 3540. Geez! what piece of c..p software it is. Costed me hours of frustration. I know folks at Parallel are working on this software, but for God sake how can one release software with full of bugs and ask money for it? I am trying to be positive, but it is beyond of my usual patience.

    Hello,

please remove Parallels Tools from Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs while booting natively from Boot Camp and then install Tools again when booting it as a guest OS with Parallels Desktop.
It would also be recommended to keep memory size at 1024 Mb and also check that you are not allocating less memory in Parallels Desktop -> Preferences Memory. Setting allocation to be automated would be the safest choice.

Thank you for this advice. I actually did it few days ago and problem went away. So far everything is under control so I keep my fingers crossed. :)
