I think it's about time that VMs could be grouped in the Control Center and the groups could be collapsed and expanded, as needed.
Hi GlennS4, Thank you for the request! While the functionality is not available in Parallels Desktop Control Center as of today, last year we released a Visual Studio Code extension that can do Parallels VMs grouping along with a number of other operations: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=ParallelsDesktop.parallels-desktop Let us know if it helps in your case.
The Visual Studio Code extension is pretty nice but I'd like to see folder support in the Control Center as well. As in other virtual machine applications it shouldn't be more complex than simply organizing the items in the UI, doesn't need to be fancy about moving the VM's on the filesystem.
I'm reading posts asking for VM grouping possibilities in Control Center since 2016! Still not implemented as of today. Just for that option I had to switch to VMware Fusion who can handle it as long I can think of. Please PD Dev-team listen to us users to facilitate the VM overview.
