Graphics Issue on M1 Pro 16GB 14 Cores

I recently tested Parallels with an old game I'd like to be able to play again (Battle For Middle-Earth 2) and was able to get it running almost perfectly except for this graphics issue where I'm given a very blue/green washed out video (picture attached). The issue is not there if I turn graphics setting down to the lowest setting. It does persist in-game.

Anyone know what's going on and how I can fix it? It's an old game so I'd hope my MacBook would be able to run it in a VM but then I am relatively new to the concept!
