Does Parallels support gigibit network speed yet for WinXP on a MacOSX host?

When we run WindowsXP under MacOSX on a MacPro tower, we are only getting 100mbps. The network connection popup info indicates 100mbps, and file transfer tests and overall network performance is not near gigabit speed.

I've searched the Forums for this, but I don't see this answered explicitly.

    Thanks very much in advance!

darkone, thanks for your fast reply! Do you, or anyone, know if Parallels has stated if/when gigabit will be supported?

Really? I ran a transfer rate faster than 100 mb/s... Must have been my imagination. ;)

I'll test it later, but things sure as heck seem to be running at Gigabit speeds here. It doesn't feel like a 100 mb/s pipe to our DB software which is on a VM.

The speed of network that windows displays to you is not real speed of your connection. At gigabit card you will have faster connection that windows shows.

This cosmetic issue will be fixed in next update.

I think you might. My data transfer is definetly above 100 mb/s a second through my 'nice little XServe'... I'm running a Linksys Gigabit 16-port switch. (Cisco would have busted our budget. :p)
