Getting VM to start automatically

    I would like the VM to start automatically when I connect my cell phone to my iMac in order to sync it with Outlook. Is this possible?

    Basically it is possible to write a wrapper for Mac OS to start some application when some USB device is connecting with specific ID, for now Parallels doesn't support this
