This is just so annoying. I am trying to play games or do development in my Windows 8 and Parallels 8 (both fully updated), but I get the stupid "unable to complete the operation, problem ID 19014" either when the guest OS realizes it wants to make a snapshot shortcut (but before it's done anything like ask me), or after it asks me if I want to take a snapshot. Happens most of the time, and there's no helpful advice on this board that I can see to fix the problem. Could the fine folks at Parallels possibly reply and help me fix this issue? Honestly, I've seen it off and on in previous versions, Parallels 6 or 7. No bug should ever stick around for more than one version (unless Parallels is aiming to be the next Adobe). I would really like to resolve this issue.
Error 19014 each time Mac & Para8 starts ??? I am getting the "ERROR 19014 Unable to complete Operation" Dialog every time....the help link provided directs only to the general support page, without any help. This is very bad service... Can anyone help how to stop this message...?? FYI, I am running OSX and Prallels8 fully updated. Thanks in advance, MAYODD
