getting money back for phone support which was not provided

    I paid for phone support this morning, was able to make a call but the help was useless. Keyboard doesn't work in linux VM and was given command line instructions in case the point and click option didn't work. Already have tools installed, updating / reinstalling doesn't do anything. No keyboard, can't work in terminal. Seems to be a case of the stupids. No response from email, highly regretting not choosing VMware. Yes I can have credit card refund payment, but this is bad service.

    All potential buyers, beware of the false claim of paid support being available! This is a lie!
    I scheduled an appointment as Mikhall Ushakov suggested, and no phone call received despite a week of waiting and a scheduled appointment. Your support team is epically out of touch with the statement that I made that a keyboard does not function on either linux distro. I keep getting instructions on how to perform tasks once logged into the system. How the heck does one login to a system without a keyboard?
    I repeat the question: How does one get a refund for services not rendered?
    Yes, your engineer has sent me a link to schedule a remote session. I arranged my day to accommodate it. I paid for telephone support because I needed it ASAP, not a week later. A week later, the time frame has expired and still nothing.
    I will dispute the charges of support with my credit card company, and greatly regret wasting my money, and more importantly time on Parallels in the first place.
