Getting error message that disk is full on Windows side?

OK, so I'm trying to install new versions of Adobe Creative Cloud releases on my VM and I keep getting an error message that the disk is full and the installations fail... I thought that the "virtual" hard drive just expanded as needed? I don't know how to increase the disk space?

Any helpers?

Follow the steps as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/113972 and this should help you to increase the size of your Virtual Hard Disk
