I am having problems getting programs to load once they have been downloaded. They show up in my downloads box but that as far as I am able to go with them. Please help. Joe
Most likely it's a browser issue. Choose Save when loading an application, then navigate to downloads folder in Windows Explorer -- if you have IE for instance the default downloads folder is Windows desktop.
