I am getting a black Screen on Parallels 17.1.1 and Mac 12.1 when I start my Windows 10 Machine. In the Night, there was an update for my Mac and now, my Windows 10 is not working. Has anybody an Idea what to do? Can't reach somebody from Support.
I contacted support and was told they know about it and wait for update. If they know about it, it's strange they don't post anything here to let us know about what they are doing....and more importantly, what we should be doing about it. This would be a good opportunity for Parallels Support to post something - immediately. Just saying.....
