    Hello,
i can't use following characters on my german macbook pro keyboard < > .
In place of these characters always comes following characters ^ ° .
Is there any solution out there?

Using a swedish keyboard layout yields some erroneous characters

Using a swedish keyboard layout also yields some erroneous characters:

    < becomes §

    > becomes 1/2

§ and ° do not output anything

trying to write @ by pressing alt+2 does not work (nothing happens although the alt-key seems to work fine for other combinations). The only option to write "@" is to temporarily switch to the english keyboard layout by pressing shift+alt, and then press shift+2.
