    Moved from "How to"

And that somebody can answer me easely........ I do a lot of working from home, and I have an intel Imac, with parallels (Duhhh), even with all the great stuff I do with parallels I am also an avid gamer.
When I load up parallels I go to start up one of my favorite games, "Rome total war" and time after time, no matter what I try, it always says "Please insert CD" even if I have it in, I have tried connecting and disconnecting the CD image from OSX desktop to my parallels desktop, as well as some other things that I thought might make it work, but nope.

I know this is kinda simple and I may be wasting some of your guys' time by making this, but I've searched almost all of the forums and either i horribly missed the thread on it, or it was from way far back that I didn't catch it

If the game requires DirectX video, it will not work on Parallels. Bootcamp would be an option for you.
