What happened to Floppy image support? The Image tool wizard says "Choose Device Type" and the only options are

    Hard Disk
    CD /DVD

The damn picture to the left shows a floppy.

How am I supposed to install win 3.11 without a damn floppy!

I need a box with four stones, not one or two or three, but four, four stones.

There is no floppy drive in standard Mac box. This is the reason why this option is not available in Mac version at all (and it was not available in previous versions as well).

What was your idea to create these images?

There are many win utils to make images of floppies, including Winimage.

++ for the 5th element quote. "Don't ever be ashamed of who you are"

Well, I have a USB floppy drive right here. Mounts fine, but parallels doesn't see it.

I posted a workaround somewhere to make disk images with Apple's Disk Utility. You make the image from the floppy, and then convert it to read/write or read-only. That works with Parallels.

    =)
