Fullscreen garbage on external monitor

Hello,
with parallels desktop version 10 I have a problem that I never saw before.
When I run my xp in full screen and I click inside the vm, I got the screen scrambled, look at the attachment, but when I click outside the vm on mac desktop on macbook air monitor I see the vm screen correctly.

I seems a joke but I can't work.

Has someone a solution?

Hi Massimiliano, please try re-installing Parallels Tools and check how it works, refer http://kb.parallels.com/4841
