I'm a newbie to Parallels. In Parallels, Full screen mode leaves a thick black area at the top and bottom of the Windows screen and I can't really modify the Windows screen resolution much. How do I: 1. Use the entire screen 2. Increase the native Windows resolution so it is higher? Resetting screen properties in Windows now has no effect on the VERTICAL screen resolution. Only the horizontal screen resolution changes. I'm hoping to switch (for the ability to pass certain touchpad gestures) but this is a real problem. TIA Richard
