I have a Mac mini and have a Wn2k Parallels installation. If I invoke the FrontRow application, when I get back to the Desktop, the mouse focus will not take within the Parallels window. The mouse changes but no clicks are recognized in the window. I tried ctrlalt and a few other attempts such as clicking parallels in the dock with no luck. Its easy enough to work around (don't run Frontrow when Parallels is active) but I thought I would report it in case anyone else has encountered it.
