Hi there, I would like to get hold of a parallels professional. I installed windows 11 on my computer. When I click on the icon it wont open, nor the files explorer. I used the same key for windows 11 of my laptop on my computer - is it the issue? can the same key be used in two different computers? What should I do? Also, I find difficulties to follow up with links and guidelines (reading technical guidelines is difficult). I would rather to have a professional either over the phone or sharing my screen via teamviewer. I didnt find any option on Parallels website for direct support (phone/ sharing computer screen).
