I was getting a pop up for a while about the a free update from 2.x to 3.0 but is recently disappeared. I was waiting on my Grandfather emailing me all the details so i could apply. Is there anyway to get the update with the pop up gone?
Actually yes, but please note that upgrade from version PD 2 to version PD 3 is not free, If you pot build number here, I will provide the latest free build for your version
Build 3214 is my current build, but i was pretty sure it said free upgrade to 3.0 because I purchased parallels for Mac before a specific date. oh well. I've also been having issues with Parallels tools. I get a pop up in my virtual XP machine each time it starts saying that it is incomparable, I can't remove the tools because the uninstaller can't determine version number and if I try to 'Install Parallels tool' from the actions menu it just freezes.
