Hi, I tried to change my email address, which may or may not have been successful. Anyways, after doing so, I was no longer able to do so. After entering my email address (old or new) and my password, I was taken to a screen that asks me to specify my nickname. At the top was a statement that the registered user already exists. I remained locked out. I could edit my profile for the main Parallels system, but that is all. For whatever reason I somehow got access but the problem still exists. How do I resolve this issue? I do not want to post my email address here. Is there a real email address that I can have to discuss this matter further or can you investigate matters on your end? Being able to talk to Parallels by phone would help to. Hopefully there is enough information here to go on.
