When customizing mouse pointers in XP or using Vista's default Aero mouse pointers, there seems to be a very annoying problem where the mouse pointer flickers with animated mouse pointers. (For example, Aero's/Vista's 'Busy' and 'Working in Background' pointers. I know this is not a crucial problem, but it is a very annoying bug that has been existent for far too long. Its just one of those little things that you can really irritate you after a while.
