I'm using a Mac Pro 1,1 with Parallels 5.0.9308. Guest is Win 7 x64. It has two 30" Apple Cinema Displays attached to a Radeon x1900. Typically I leave the taskbar ON, and it's over on the secondary (right) display, while my mac's doc is on the primary (left). For the most part things work really well. But sometimes in Coherence mode, especially when opening or closing a program, the display flickers. When this happens Windows makes the "Hardware removed" sound. Then all the windows go black, and the task bar moves over to the left ontop of the Apple dock. Then the windows will redraw themselves after about 10 seconds, leaving my Windows taskbar in the wrong place. It's acting like it's switching modes, but for absolutely no good reason. Prior to 9308 the flickering was much worse, and would also happen in fullscreen mode. It seems to be happening less but it's *EXTREMELY* annoying, making Parallels almost useless. This is a Boot Camp VM. With Boot Camp or OSX by themselves, there are no problems at all with this system.
