So I installed 3.0 this morning and everything went smooth has could be hoped for. Video performance seems to be greatly improved (PowerPoint transitions runs a tonne smoother), the snapshot and Parallels explorer tools are all excellent additions. In short, totally happy with my experience so far, my thanks to the Parallels team.
