I have several files on my iCloud drive and others in an external Mac drive. Both of these drives are mapped to Windows locations. I have SmartMount enabled. The drives show up in Windows Explorer and everything works well with one exception. After Windows starts, my mail program (Thunderbird) or other programs that use files on the shared drives cannot locate the files. If I check the shared drives using Windows explorer they look fine and all the files are visible. After this Explorer check Thunderbird and the other programs can find the files without error.

Since it has been two weeks without reply I tried to contact Parallels Support. I used the support page to generate a request but found I needed to create a Report ID. Did that and then found I needed a support code. I went to my account page as instructed and it tells me I need to register my copy of Parallels Desktop. That requires my Activation ID. I pulled that from my original order acknowledgement email but when I enter that on the registration page I get "already registered". Game over.

This support system seems like a cruel joke.
