Files in OS X Trash cannot be deleted

Whenever I launch Parallels Windows XP, ~16MB of files appear in the OS X trash, 427 in all. My Windows Recycle Bin is empty, as is my Mac Trash prior to launching Windows (the files appear the moment I see the desktop in Windows after launching Parallels). Any attempt to delete these files using Empty Trash, Secure Empty Trash, terminal comands, etc. fails without an error, it just doesn't delete the files. These are files I deleted weeks ago. I always empty my Recycle Bin before shutting down Parallels.

How do I fix this?

 

I figured it out. I had to go into C:\.Trashes and delete its contents. There was a folder called 502 in there and it had all those files in it.
