There is a Windows application I wrote myself which I need to run every day. It is a fairly simple application I use to track what I've worked on and bill my clients accordingly. I am NOT interested in switching to any product, freeware or otherwise, as I am completely satisfied with what I wrote myself and have 11 years of data in it. I put the application and all of its data on the Mac partition. In one my my VMs, I put a shortcut to the application. I believe the problems below are all related to each other. (1) When the application is running, there is no "Add to favorite applications" option when I right-click it in the dock. (2) Every time I run the application, Windows says that the publisher cannot be verified. (3) If I go to the application in the finder, when I select Open With... I can't select any particular VM to open it with and the default VM is not the one in which I would want to open it. Please help me fix this.
