faulting app SNMP. ver. 5.2xxx, faulting module VZLLibAgent.dll, ver. 4.0.xxx

We're using SolarWindos to monitor our servers. We've added the SNMP service to all our servers but win2k3 server seems to have a problem; it crashes pretty regularly. The event log carries messages like:

Source: Application Error
Event ID: 1000

Description:
Faulting application snmp.exe, version 5.2.3790.xxxx, faulting module VZLLibagent.dll, version 4..458.0, fault address 0x00000000000862e2.

Now, I could probably set it to simply restart but it keeps coming back snmp pops up. Is this a known problem? If not, what should I do to diagnose it?
