OK, I cannot start the virtual Vista machine at all now; I get the BSOD which remarks upon a fatal error in the video memory manager. Any ideas? I just finished reinstalling Parallels Desktop.
Problem seems to be associated with the DisplayLink software that enables use of an outboard monitor. I see that issues with DisplayLink first began to appear in February 2008. Has Nova not solved this problem yet? It's odd that I've been able to use DisplayLink for over a year with no problem, but started having a problem today.
Mila, I do not perceive that your response relates to my question. What am I missing here? I am still unable to boot Vista from OSX under Parallels 6, even after completely removing and reinstalling Parallels 6. I'm running DisplayLink so I can see the VM on one monitor and OSX on the other. Is this now impossible?
