I'm running Parallels 4.0.3540 on a MacBook Pro under Tiger (10.4.11), with an XP SP2 virtual machine. Normally the VM starts all right, but now and then it will fail to start and return a "fatal error starting VM." This happens repeatedly. The only solution seems to be to restart the Mac. After that, the VM starts fine. I've reported the problem twice: report nos. 20126 and 24414. Why is this happening, and what can I do to prevent it? Thanks, /Mr Lynn
?? Don't have any. Nor does Apple include any AV apps with the OS, to my knowledge, new or old. This is a MacBook Pro 2.33 gHz, 2GB RAM. /Mr Lynn
I suggest you to create ticket in support to investigate situation http://www.parallels.com/support/desktop/request/
