Failed to open the Parallels networking module.

hello, I need help, as I use windows connection to internet to work, and there´s no way, as parallels desktop says allways in the begingin:

Failed to open the Parallels networking module.

Your virtual machine will continue to work normally, but the networking will be disabled. You can fix the problem by restoring the default network settings. To this effect, go to Parallels Desktop > Preferences > Network and click Restore Defaults.

even I restore defaults as it says but nothing happens.
it will tell me the same thing when I try to select in "devices" any option (my option is "parallels shared networking adapter)

what can I do?

1. Solution below should be used only in case the symptoms of the issue with your Parallels Desktop installation exactly match the ones described in this article.
2. Solution below should be used only in case the version 4 build 3844

my problem doesn´t match none of the symtoms described in that article and neither my version ys 4 build 3844

so...

please, I need help, any other advise??

it´s suddenly fixed up by itself, the same way that the problem came it´s gone.
