Failed to install Parallels Networking Driver

I use Parallels 6 on my Mac, and wanted to see what the Windows version 4 was like.

However, when trying to install ParallelsDesktop-4.0.6630.449744 onto my XP machine, I get the following error:

"Failed to install Parallels Networking Driver"

Once this popup is closed, parallels rolls back and I end up with no installation.

Can anyone point me to where I might find the installation log to try and determine what is wrong?

Machine: DELL Latitude E6400 / 4GB RAM / Windows XP PRO SP3 2002.

 

Maybe you should update your version.
