I installed the game Dragon Age Origins. on my parallels 4.0 on my Mac with windows xp pro sp3. the install went fine but when i go to play the game after i press play i get a failed to detect support video card. What can i do to fix this? cause i know you can play games on 4.0 and 5.0 and i dont think this game has really really high requirments.
Parallels 4.0 for Mac does not support DirectX 9.0c (Pixel Shader 3 for example) which is required for Dragon Age. Upgrading to Parallels 5 will allow your Windows XP VM to have full Direct9.0c support.
