I have an "expanding disk" that was created prior to v3.0 that will not expand in v3.0. It is stuck at 15 GB of the 32 GB allocated to it. The image tools are gone in v3.0. I cannot compact the disk under the configuration editor because - the editor thinks the disk is used in a snapshot or that undo disks is turned on, neither of which is true. I've eliminated all the spare data and programs I can from the disk, but I'm stuck. If I try to download a file, for example, that would make the disk go beyond the 15 GB limit the download simply stops. I have other fdds for data, but Vista Ultimate will not install many programs on other than c:\. I've read the other threads with complex procedures for work-arounds, but I'm not willing to bet my livelihood on doing those things. Right now I'm dead in the water with Parallels. Do I have to completely reinstall Vista on a new VM to get what I need? Why did Parallels take our money for upgrades while removing a significant portion of the product's functionality? korm
