I didn't see this elsewhere and I apologize if this is a repost:

Installed Parallels on a 24-iMac last week and all seemed to work OK, but today the "Control + Option" keyboard shortcut to exit out of full-screen Windows and return to MacOS does absolutely nothing. I recall it did work before. Threads elsewhere suggested a custom screen size for the reduced Windows screen but this doesn't seem to address the keyboard shortcut issue.

Am I overlooking somethong obvious? Or can you point me to an answer thread already posted?

Christopher- which version are you using? The beta build includes new view options.

If you are using new version, your keys may have been released, but the view not rotated.

Your Mac pointer is black and your Windows pointer if white. You can tell the difference that you.

I suggest you check your version number and view options.

I'm using Build 1940, and I can toggle back and forth between Black/Mac & White/Windows pointer arrows or by moving the arrow over to my second monitor (which stays mac) but nothiing happens at all when I try to end/rotate back to the MacOS from WinXP using keystrokes. I've tried resetting the hotkeys in the Parallels Prefs...no help. Thoughts? thanks.

HA! FOUND IT! In the Parallels Prefs / User Interface / Advanced Mode button, the "Always stay on top in full screen" check box must be checked, then click OK and close the prefs. That did it. Additional - though somewhat vague - details are on p. 100 of the manual.

Thanks, HTH, for the assistance. Onward into the fog...
