Everytime I open Parallels I get the "Register Parallels Desktop page".

Every time I open the Parallels application I get the "Register Parallels Desktop page" and I have to log in and enter my user name and password to register. I get the thank you for registering window. Parallels is a great application except for this bug I'm experiencing. I have emailed tech support and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program with Terminal with the line commands supplied. I have checked the permissions and have looked in my hosts file. The program has activated properly and I have a purchased activation key, but I'm tired of entering the registration info. Does anyone have a solution short of using the competitors application. Thanks in advance.

 

I am experiencing the same thing. I'm not about to waste an hour of my time re-installing the VM and the software because of this little bug- I just want it to go away! After all I've registered over 50 times!! lol

Guys, I am living with this problem since last year too!!!
Already emailed support and had no response at all!!!
I am really really disappointed with Parallels.
Any of you have some news about it?

If you are using Paralles Desktop 9, you can re-download it from : http://www.parallels.com/downloads/desktop/ and install it again (http://kb.parallels.com/116993)
