eStore Transaction Issue

    Hi,

    Wanted to get the Parallels Desktop 7 upgrade and tried to move on to next step, when I got the following error:

    Error:

    We are unable to process your request at this time. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience.

    Error Number: SYS_000003


    Please check.

    Also, please add for your customers the ability to send mails to your webmaster to alert of site issues.
    It would bring frustration bar to a minimum...

    What transaction??

    Hi,

    Not sure I understand, I tried to move to the step of paying for the product but never reached it. This error message is received after adding the product and checking out...

    Please advise.
