Hello, I decided not to pay for yearly version of Parallel Desktop as I am only using it for my back up Mac once in a few months so decided to downgrade to the last version I purchased. I purchased for Version 7 and I paid for upgrades up to version 10. Now that I try to install version 10 it gives me an error Unable to confirm product license, the operation failed due to a connection problem. I tried 3 times and still no luck What to do please? Thank you
