Error "unable to authorize the user" in Windows 7

Hi, I installed the last version for Parallels Desktop and in the end i have this error

"Unable to authorize the user
The necesssary authorization file could not be created because your physical hard disk is full. Free some disk space and try again".

I saw a similar problem in OSx version, and the solution is fix the permission with Disk Utility, but in Windows... i have a lot of free space in my hard disk and administrator account.

I have ESET Nod32 Antivirus and Firewall but i authorize the conection to internet when the program need connect to.

What happend? What is the possible solution?
