Error of No cd/net

    when i start a virtual machine to install XP in parallels I get a giant ascii warning of no cd/net

    it will not let me read an iso or any other form to install XP. Why am I getting this message? What do I need to do to fix it. I am running Ubuntu 6.06 . Please any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance
