Error message: "Failed to establish connection to the SCCM Proxy. The operation has timed out."

    New Macs upon installing the PMM client are unable to connect to the proxy. Error message received is: "Failed to establish connection to the SCCM Proxy. The operation has timed out."
    Existing Macs seem to be receiving policies, but unable to confirm right now. Seems to be an issue with new Macs only right now.
    Proxy service is running on the server, and certificates appear to be OK on the proxy and the SCCM server.
    Any ideas?

    Hi David, given information provided we would be playing a guessing game. Could you please verify if the existing Macs are communication with the Proxy? This can be done by opening System Preferences and then Parallels Mac Management and then clicking the Connect button.

    If the problem remains, it would make sense to open a support ticket. The first thing the support will ask is to collect problem reports on the Macs that fail to enroll. http://kb.parallels.com/en/115528 See the "How to send a Problem Report for Mac client" section.
