    See http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=109817

The latest public version of Parallels Tools doesn't work with Ubuntu 11.04, "Natty Narwhal". Considering the vintage of Parallels Tools, it's no surprise that it's wasn't future-compatible.

It's a known problem, at least among users.
