Sorry for my english, I'm french. I have just bought Parallels Desktop 10 and I can't upgrade my Parallels Desktop 9. I use Mavericks 10.9.4 on a Imac 2013. Before the end of the installation process, I have always the same error (I have tried to install PD10 5 times , I get always the same error) Error 15380 Parallels Desktop n'a pas pu être démarré I have tried http://kb.parallels.com/en/114703 and http://kb.parallels.com/en/118079 without success. I have unistalled complety Parallels Desktop and tried again with PD10, always same error. I have reinstalled Parallels Desktop 9 without any problem. Is the new version of Parallels incompatible with Mavericks 10.9.4 ? How can I install PD10 on Marevicks without error. Thanks for any reply.
