error 0xC004F213 and 0x80070057

Hello, I am encountering an issue with the error message: 0xC004F213, which appears when I try to activate Windows. When I attempt to enter the key manually, I am told that the key contains invalid characters, such as "A" and "S." What should I do? Best regards, Lily Belbèze
