Recently booted up Parallels with upgrade and bluescreened in windows pro with error message concerning corrupt olaeut32.dll. Now when I open parallels, the startup screen loops over and over and I can't terminate parallel other than turning off Mac. Don't wont to loose data.

    What do I do?

Please try to load Windows in Safe mode. To load Windows in Safe Mode just press F8 immediately on starting VM then select Safe Mode menu item and press Enter. Uninstall Parallels Tools using Add/Remove Programs Control Panel. Then, restart Windows.
