My company uses the GuardianEdge Encryption Plus Hard Disk (v 7.2) for, you guessed it, hard drive encryption of the entire C: partition. Is it possible to use Parallels Transporter to migrate my current machine's disk image and run an encrypted hard drive from within a Parallels VM? The host OS is a vanilla WinXP SP2 build.

Has anyone out there had experience running a VM with a similar hard disk encryption requirement?

    Thanks for your help.

I suppose there should be now problem, unless software puts some specific dirivers into Windows kernel level.
You can just try it ,
Use Windows version of Parallels Transporter and perform migration in place,
Software and documentation is available at
    http://www.parallels.com/en/download/desktop/
