Enable SSH in developer tools for Windows VMs

    If I have Windows 10 and installed OpenSSH package that is now a feature in Windows 10 (See here). Can we enable that on the menu instead of arbitrarily disabling it if the package is installed? If an alternate port is used, it could be read from the OpenSSH server's configuration w/in the VM.
