I accidentally enabled full screen view (I meant to invoke coherence) - now I can't remember the key strokes to make it back to a windowed view.

I tried right clicking the Parallels logo in the task bar, hoping to see the option to change views, but all it has is the tools centre.

How about making it more useful?

I found a workaround. I did a Command-Q (thank god they haven't listened to some calls to abandon Command-Q!) then I click the OK button to dismiss the warning box, now I have access to the Menubar, select Coherence from View.

    done.

Alt-Enter (or option-return, in Apple-speak,) is the keystroke to enter or exit full screen view. You can also hit Control-Alt (or ctrl-option,) to 'free' the mouse from the virtual machine, which enables the menu bar, from which you can go to the 'View' menu, and pick 'Single Window' or 'Coherence', as desired.
