Emailed about auto renewal, but can't find a subscription to cancel

    As title states, I received an email about auto renewal on June 9th. I don't have Parallels installed on any current computer. When I log in to the account I do not see any active products to cancel. I need assistance with this and cannot come up with any way to submit a help ticket or talk to a human on the phone due to my account not showing anything active.
