Vertical shearing in IE when scrolling.

Moved to Parallels Desktop for Mac. Discussion from Wish List

When in IE, does not matter what mode (full screen, Coherence) and you use the scroll wheel to scroll up or down the screen shears vertically. The left and right half seem to be out of sync. The point of sheaing seems to stay where it is if you move IE to the left or right the shearing reacts according. To replicate - maximize IE and find a web page that can be scrolled. Scroll the page you should see the shearing. Is the something that can be tuned out?
